ソフトウェア工学とモデリングに興味のあるPMOコンサルタント。 活動テーマは、Redmineをプロセス基盤としたチケット駆動開発、チェンジビジョン社のastah*を利用したモデリング全般。 主な著書は「Redmineによるタスクマネジメント実践技法」 「チケット駆動開発」 「Redmine超入門」「Redmine実践ガイド」。 主な資格は、技術士（情報工学）、PMP、認定スクラムマスター、認定スクラムプロダクトオーナー、ITコーディネータ、プロジェクトマネージャ(情報処理技術者)保持。 主な講演は、ソフトウェア プロセス エンジニアリング シンポジウム 2009にて「チケット駆動開発：BTSによるアジャイル開発の改善」。SQiP2009（第28回ソフトウェア品質シンポジウム）にて「チケット駆動開発によるプロセス改善」。デブサミ2011（Developers Summit 2011）にて 「チケット駆動開発」「チケット管理システム大決戦」の講演でベストスピーカー賞2位・3位受賞。
自己紹介文
I am a PMO Consultant with a strong interest in software engineering and modeling. My core professional focus is on Ticket-Driven Development utilizing Redmine as a process foundation, and comprehensive modeling using Change Vision's astah.
I graduated from the Department of Mathematics, Faculty of Science at Kyoto University in 1994, earned my Master's degree in Mathematics from the Graduate School of Science, Osaka University in 1996, and withdrew from the doctoral program, Osaka University in 2001. Upon entering the IT industry, I gained extensive experience serving as a Project Leader, Project Manager, and PMO on both the system integrator and client sides. In 2025, I joined Management Solutions Co., Ltd., where I am engaged as a PMO Consultant. Currently, I am taking on the challenge of providing project management support and driving change management involving organizational transformation within the manufacturing sector, focusing on the automotive, semiconductor, and defense and aerospace industries.
My major publications include "Practical Techniques for Task Management with Redmine", "Ticket-Driven Development", "Redmine Absolute Beginner's Guide", and "Redmine Practical Guide". I hold key certifications including Professional Engineer, Japan (Information Engineering), PMP, Certified ScrumMaster, Certified Scrum Product Owner, IT Coordinator, and Project Manager (Information-Technology Engineers Examination). My major speaking engagements include "Ticket-Driven Development: Improving Agile Development with BTS" at the Software Process Engineering Symposium 2009, and "Process Improvement via Ticket-Driven Development" at SQiP 2009 (the 28th Software Quality Symposium). Furthermore, at Developers Summit 2011, I received the 2nd and 3rd Best Speaker awards for my presentations on "Ticket-Driven Development" and "The Great Bug Tracking System Battle".
