# Work Experience and Fields of Interests
I have been engaged in the Web-based business systems development for more than 20 years.
I started interested in eXtreme Programming in since 2004, and have deeply used various tools, such as Redmine and TestLink since 2008. Since then I have explored the technique to operate the agile development on top of the ticket-driven development.
I have been active in lectures and writing the agile development and business modeling as my theme in some community, such as redmine community in Japan.
